Air Quality Controller CO2

1.  Introduction:
    KF-600E intelligent air controller uses touch button technology, easy operation. Built-in sensors can monitor real-time indoor temperature, VOC concentration, CO2 concentration; Controller output signal can directly control the startup and speed of ventilator. It can be widely used in residential, commercial and industrial applications, and can effectively improve air quality, create a healthy, comfortable, energy-efficient living and working environment.

4. Detailed explanation：
       1、Power on/off：Press      button to power on or off, all the output off when power off, display off.  
 2、Switch working mode: press     to switch working mode, press this button slightly, the controller will be switched circularly between “AUTO － MANUAL － TIMER ”.     
3、MANUAL: Users set the fan speed, not affected by timer and air quality, adjust fan speed by     or      .
4、Timing mode : run according to set time & speed, can set from Monday to Sunday, 4 periods every day, and 28 periods in total.
5、Automatic mode – controller automatically adjust fan speed according to air quality (VOC & CO2 concentration); when VOC concentration is higher than the setting value 4.0ppm, or CO2 concentration is higher than the setting value 500ppm, fan will run with high speed; when VOC concentration is higher than the setting value 2.0 -- 3.9ppm, or CO2 concentration is higher than the setting value 200 -- 499 ppm, fan will run with middle speed; when VOC concentration is higher than the setting value 0 -- 1.9ppm, or CO2 concentration is higher than the setting value 0 -- 199ppm, fan will run with low speed; when VOC concentration and CO2 concentration are both lower than setting value, fan will stop.
 6、Concentration value setting under auto mode: press     for 2 seconds under auto mode, then start VOC concentration value setting, the original VOC concentration value will display flicker, change the value by    and     ; press     for 2 seconds under auto mode, then start CO2 concentration value setting, the original CO2 concentration value will display flicker, change the value by    and     . Controller will return to normal working condition and save setting parameter automatically if you won’t press any buttons more than 10 seconds during the setting process.
7、Timing parameter setting: press      for 2 seconds to enter timing parameter setting，first enter “local time adjust”, press     button to switch week, hour and minute, the corresponding parameter will flicker, change the number by      and     ; after finishing adjusting local time, press      button to enter the first period hour setting on Monday, press     button to switch hour, minute, and fan speed,  press    and     buttons to change the number. After finish the setting, press     button to enter the second period hour setting on Monday…. Repeat above steps to finish all the 28 periods setting. Controller will return to normal working condition and save setting parameter automatically if you won’t press any buttons more than 10 seconds during the setting process.
